Director - Academy
Ari Ramos
Ari has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and has been working in the field for nearly 7 years! Fun fact: Ari has been with DCCA since the start of her career. She loves greeting our families every morning and watching all of our kiddos grow and thrive! Ari knows that her dedicated and loving staff are preparing students for a bright future.​

Susie Hernandez
Susie has 25 years of experience in childcare. She has been a Director for 10 years but before that she was a Toddler teacher, Infant teacher, Cook, Bus driver, Summer Camp teacher, and Assistant Director! She has had her hands in it all. Susie loves making a lasting impact on children's lives and witnessing their growth and development. ​

Assistant Director - Academy
Paulina Pineda
Paulina has dedicated 11 years to the field of early childhood education. Holding roles including Assistant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, and Infant INS, she is now a dedicated Assistant Director. She loves connecting with children and their families and is thrilled to be part of the DCCA team. Paulina is a strong believer in lifelong learning, actively encouraging her teachers' professional development and inspiring them to reach their full potential.

Brandy Mares
Early Childhood Education has always been Brandy's passion. For the past 9 years at DCCC, she has been deeply influenced by the opportunity to support children's development, create a foundational learning environment, and build strong, professional family relationships. She looks forward to continuing to help shape the minds and futures of children for years to come.
